MBA Incorporated was the General Contractor for this project which consisted of the removal of 5.1 acres of turf; 5,488 CY of fill material; adjusting sprinkler heads and testing irrigation system; installing 13,100 LF of 2″ lateral drain tile; 1,400 LF of 4″ and 6″ collector tile; 2,450 CY of USGA Gradation Fill Sand; and 5.1 acres of seeding, fertilizing, and mulching.
