Renovate and Expand Driving Range – 2013

MBA Incorporated was the General Contractor for the renovation and expansion of the driving range.  Work included stripping and stockpiling  approximately 70,750 sq. ft sod; salvaging and stockpiling sand, approximately 950 tons; excavation and barrow dirt to balance site, approximately 3,500 cubic yards; laser grading sub-grade, approximately 43,000 sq. ft. to + or – ¼” inch; trenching 1,500 LF of irrigation lines; trenching 1,071 LF collector tile; trenching 1,750 LF of 4” tile; installing 1,200 tons sand cap, which included respreading salvaged 950 tons of sand; laser grade sand cap to + or – ¼” and drag; grade and transition in edges and bank to existing profiles; and prepare soil for seeding and sodding.
