The flood of 2008 saw 8′ of water sitting for about one month on the University of Iowa Pearl Softball Field Complex.  MBA was contracted to completely renovate the four softball fields and to provide positive drainage around the perimeter of the fields.

MBA was previously contracted to install a polymer surface on the Iowa playing field that will not freeze on the Iowa batting cage area and on the playing field and warning track areas.  This is a state of the art playing surface that is found on few fields in the country.

MBA also has laser graded the warning tracks and one field after massive rain storms in 2010 caused some major washing on one of the fields.
